Shipping Policy

We provide in-store face-to-face pickup or logistics delivery.

For in-store face-to-face pickup:

Please write "In-store pickup" in the Note of the cart and leave your WhatsApp contact to us. We may contact you for the pickup arrangement. The store address can refer to VISIT US page.

For logistics delivery:

SF Express by default.

Please confirm your shipping address during payment process.

For other preferred SF Express pickup points (store, convenience store, locker), please refer to the below link and provide the pickup point information in the Note of the cart.

Shipping fees reference (depends on actual weight, size and pickup points):

Shipping fees will be paid upon delivery by receiver.

If no address information is provided in the Note, the shipping address (door address) shown in the Order will be considered.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All products are not refundable.

You can exchange an item bought in this e-shop in 7 days from the day you received it. The receiving date is determined by the shipping tracking record.
- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- In the exchange, the prices of new item cannot be lower than the original item. Consumer needs to pay for the price difference between the new and original items if any.
- To initiate the exchange, please contact us through WhatsApp and provide the receipt number, which can be found in the email sent during the payment.
- Exchange will be taken place in person in our store (refer to "VISIT US" page).
